This is a personal portfolio, not a product. Nothing is sold here and nothing is required of you. These terms exist so it is clear what you can reuse and what you cannot rely on.

Using the site

Browse it, link to it, share it. You do not need permission and there is nothing to sign up for. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or misrepresent it as your own work.

Who owns what

The project write-ups, photographs, renders, videos and the design of this site are my work and remain my copyright. Some projects were built with teams, schools, competition programs or employers, and those organisations keep whatever rights they hold in their own material, logos and trademarks. Names such as FIRST, FTC, City Tech, CUNY, NYU, Voron, Autodesk, Mastercam and MATLAB belong to their respective owners and appear here only to describe the work accurately.

Reusing my work

Individual projects link to their own repositories, and those repositories carry their own licence files. The licence in a project's repository governs that project's code and CAD. Where a repository has no licence, the default applies: all rights reserved, so ask before reusing it.

You are welcome to quote or reference this portfolio with attribution — for example when reviewing an application. Republishing the images or write-ups wholesale, or presenting them as your own, is not permitted.

Accuracy

The write-ups describe student, club and hobby projects as honestly as I can, but they are informal build notes rather than reviewed engineering documentation. Specifications, dimensions and results may be simplified, out of date, or superseded by later revisions in the repositories.

Build at your own risk

Several projects involve mains electricity, lithium batteries, heated components, machine tools and moving mechanisms that can cause injury. Anything published here is shared for reference only, with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee of fitness for any purpose. If you build on this work, you are responsible for verifying it and for your own safety. I accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of anything on this site.

Links to GitHub, Google Drive, YouTube and elsewhere are provided for convenience. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Availability

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and offered as-is. It may be changed, moved or taken offline at any time, and projects may be revised or removed without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Every revision is visible in the site's public repository.
